Initiate Your Request

Log into your GreenIT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
